Cancellation policy I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. I charge 100% of the service if you no show or cancel day of meaning when the business day starts at 10am. I get it life happens and I’m pretty understanding with most things but please try your best to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Appointment requests without a card on file will not be confirmed, and the time slot will remain available for other clients.
